WORSHIP TEAM
We believe worship starts with cultivating a life of worship. If you have a passion for living an all-encompassing lifestyle of worship, and utilizing the musical gifting that God has given you to bring Him glory, then fill out this application to be a part of our Worship Team!
Being apart of the worship team is more than having some students go up front and sing some songs. Chi Alpha has three main convictions for worship:
1. Excellency in Our Worship (Genesis 4)
The Lord desires to be worshiped with our very best. We strive to get better not for our own glory but to give Him more glory.
2. Heart of Worship (1 Samuel 16:7)
The man looks at the outward but the Lord looks at the heart. A heart of worship is one that is humble, of servanthood, faithful, and committed.
3. Worship In The Spirit (John 4:24)
Our desire is that every worship team member be filled or open to the filling of the Holy Spirit. It is in the anointing of the Holy Spirit that our worship brings healing, salvation, and freedom.
